Urban Question

Is it possible for a shopping mall developer to assess the inventory of sites and make strategic changes to their portfolio that improve community connections, environmental conditions, transportation, aesthetics and the local economy?

Urban Answer

A matrix of areas for improvement was developed to gage the success or failure of specific recommendations. These recommendations to Cedar Shopping Center’s portfolio included sustainable landscape, transportation and architecture as well as social and economic improvements.
