Urban Question

With limited space between the Hudson River and the West Side Highway, how can the redesign and rehabilitation of the Intrepid Museum and Pier allow for increased volume and maintain safety on the site?

Urban Answer

All pick up and drop off activities were shifted to the west side of the highway. A nautical pedestrian bridge bring people directly to the deck of the Intrepid Museum the Hudson River Park becomes more generous and a plaza is available on the Pier.
